Jorge L. Cabrera, MD, PhD, MsCI is a board-certified family physician with 25 years of medical training and practice, more than 30 years of experience in molecular and cellular pharmacology, and over 20 years of dedication to bodybuilding, body composition, and performance optimization. He holds a Doctor of Medicine and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology from the University of Miami School of Medicine, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Investigations from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His background uniquely bridges frontline patient care, advanced clinical research, and deep mechanistic knowledge of metabolism, peptides, tissue biology, and human performance.
 

Dr. Cabrera has served in internal medicine, primary care, academic instruction, military medicine, and clinical research leadership, including roles with Advent Health, ShorePoint Health, Millennium Physicians Group, Madigan Army Medical Center, Womack Army Medical Center, and Brooke Army Medical Center. He has also led his own medical and wellness organizations and has earned recognition for exceptional clinical productivity, teaching, and research excellence. His career has consistently focused on helping patients improve health, function, body composition, and quality of life through evidence-based, individualized care.
 

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cabrera is a scientist, inventor, and pharmaceutical developer, serving as Chief Science Officer of StarRock Pharma, CEO of Revigenix, CEO VIda Bio Pharma, and CEO of NeuroVirex and working in peptide and small-molecule innovation. His research background includes published work in weight loss, adolescent obesity, sports medicine, stress physiology, and molecular signaling pathways, along with patent activity involving advanced peptide-based therapeutic platforms.
